How do I book a luxury villa in Mallorca?

Contact us by email at stays@azulstays.com or telephone on +34 971 251 374 with your dates, group size, and preferences. Our team will reply as soon as reasonably possible with suitable options. When booking online, a 25% deposit places a provisional hold; your booking is confirmed in writing after we have checked with the property.

What payment methods does Azul Stays accept?

The online booking deposit is paid by card. Payment arrangements for the balance are set out in the written booking confirmation or rental agreement for your villa.

What is the cancellation policy for villa rentals?

Cancellation terms and any applicable refund arrangements are set out in the written booking confirmation or rental agreement for your villa. We recommend considering travel insurance.

Are all Azul Stays villas licensed for holiday rental?

Tourist licence (ETV) numbers are shown on each villa page where the property has one. Not every listing currently displays an ETV number; please contact us if you would like to confirm the details for a particular villa.

What concierge services are included with my booking?

Optional services can be requested for your stay, including private chefs, yacht charters, restaurant reservations, transfers, grocery arrangements, childcare, wellness treatments, and activities. Scope, provider, price, and availability are confirmed for each booking.

How far in advance should I book a villa in Mallorca?

For peak season (June-September), we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For shoulder season (April-May, October), 3-6 months is usually sufficient. Last-minute availability does exist but with limited choice.
