How to Book a Villa with Azul Stays

Step-by-step guide to booking your luxury villa in Mallorca, from initial enquiry to confirmation and pre-arrival planning.

Booking a luxury villa with Azul Stays is a personalised process designed to match you with the perfect property. Unlike mass-market booking platforms, we don't believe in a one-click checkout — because choosing the right villa for your specific needs requires a conversation.

Step 1: Initial Enquiry — Contact us via our website form, email (stays@azulstays.com), or phone (+34 971 251 374). Tell us your dates, group size, preferred area, budget, and any specific requirements (sea view, fenced pool, walking distance to restaurants, etc.). The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your preferences.

Step 2: Villa Options — Our team will reply as soon as reasonably possible and can help you explore villa options that suit your criteria. Ask us about the details that matter to your stay, and we can check further information with the property where appropriate.

Step 3: Discussion & Refinement — We'll discuss the options with you, answer questions, and refine the shortlist if needed. We can provide additional photos, video tours, or specific details about any property. We'll also confirm availability and final pricing including any seasonal supplements.

Step 4: Reservation — Once you have chosen your villa, the booking is confirmed in writing after the Azul Stays team checks with the property. For online bookings, a 25% deposit places a provisional hold. Your written booking confirmation or rental agreement sets out the balance, its due date, cancellation terms, any security deposit, check-in and check-out times, and house rules.

Step 5: Pre-Arrival Planning — 2-4 weeks before your stay, your concierge will contact you to arrange transfers, grocery pre-stocking, restaurant reservations, activities, and any other services you'd like. This is where we transform a villa booking into a complete holiday experience.

Step 6: Welcome — On arrival day, our team meets you at the villa (or at the airport if you've booked transfers) for a personal welcome, property orientation, and handover of keys, WiFi details, and your personalised welcome pack.
