Accepted payment methods, deposit structure, and how we protect your financial information when booking a villa.

At Azul Stays, the online booking process requires a 25% deposit paid by card. Your booking is placed on provisional hold and confirmed in writing after the property has been checked.

Accepted Payment Methods — The online booking deposit is paid by card. Payment arrangements for the balance are set out in the written booking confirmation or rental agreement for your villa.

Payment Structure — For online bookings, a 25% deposit places a provisional hold. The Azul Stays team then checks with the property and confirms the booking in writing. The remaining balance and its due date are set out in the written booking confirmation or rental agreement for your villa.

Security Deposit — Any security deposit and the relevant arrangements for your villa are set out in the written booking confirmation or rental agreement.

Currency — Seasonal nightly rates for each villa are shown on its individual page. Please refer to your written booking confirmation or rental agreement for the payment details applicable to your booking.
