- How quickly does Azul Stays respond to enquiries?
Send your dates, group size, and preferences through the form, email, or telephone. The team replies as soon as reasonably possible during operating periods; no fixed response time is promised.
- Can I visit a villa before booking?
Ask our team when you enquire. Whether a viewing or a video call can be arranged depends on the villa, its owner and whether guests are staying there, so we will tell you what is possible for the villa you have in mind.
- Do you offer villa rentals outside Mallorca?
Yes. Alongside Mallorca, the Azul Stays collection includes villas in Ibiza and Menorca, and each island page shows the current selection. For other destinations, ask our team and we will tell you whether we can help.
- What languages does the Azul Stays team speak?
Language availability depends on the team member handling the enquiry. The nine website languages do not represent a guarantee of live support in every language.
- Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Minimum stays are set for each villa and can change by season. Seven nights is the most common minimum in the current collection, and some villas accept shorter stays. Each villa page shows its minimum stay, and the booking calendar applies it to your dates.
