Concierge Services Explained

What our concierge can arrange: private chefs, yacht charters, restaurant reservations, activities, and bespoke experiences.

Azul Stays can help guests request services to enhance a villa holiday in Mallorca, including private chefs, yacht charters, car hire, transfers, wellness, events, and childcare.

Services — Services can be requested for your stay. Their scope, provider, price, and availability are confirmed for each booking.

Dining — Restaurant reservation requests (subject to each restaurant's availability), private chef service at your villa, wine delivery and cellar stocking, picnic hampers for beach days, and catering for celebrations and events.

Experiences — Yacht day charters via our sister company Bluebnc Yachting, luxury car rental via Azul Cars, wine tours and tastings, cooking classes, guided hiking, cycling tours, golf tee times, and spa and wellness treatments at the villa.

Practical — Airport transfers, grocery pre-stocking and delivery, daily housekeeping upgrades, babysitting and childcare, laundry and dry cleaning, flower arrangements, birthday and celebration decoration, and equipment rental (bikes, paddleboards, etc.).

Bespoke — Special requests such as surprise proposals, helicopter flights or multi-day excursion itineraries can be discussed with our team. What is possible depends on providers, permits and availability, and is confirmed before anything is booked.
