We understand that plans can change. Cancellation terms for your stay are set out in your written booking confirmation or rental agreement. You may also wish to consider travel insurance.

Date Changes — Date-change requests are subject to villa availability and the terms set out in your written booking confirmation or rental agreement.

Force Majeure — In cases of genuine force majeure (government travel bans, natural disasters affecting the property), we will work with you to find a solution — typically offering a full credit for future travel or a date change at no cost.

Travel Insurance — You may wish to consider comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation due to illness, family emergencies, or work commitments. Please review the policy terms and arrange cover at the time that suits you.

Owner Cancellation — If a villa owner cancels a booking, the available options and any refund arrangements will be confirmed with you in writing.
