The 120 m² living area creates a strong first impression, with floor-to-ceiling windows, designer furnishings, an open fully equipped kitchen and SONOS sound system, all opening directly onto the pool terrace. Outdoors, the heated infinity pool, sunbeds, BBQ, pool shower and WC are set within the 2,000 m² property, with private parking and electric gate access.
