- How far in advance should I book concierge services?
For private chefs and yacht charters in peak season (June–September), we suggest making your request as early as possible. Transfers and car hire can often be arranged at shorter notice, and last-minute requests are considered subject to availability.

Service-provider details, including relevant credentials and insurance information, can be requested for your booking. Scope, provider, price and availability are confirmed for each booking.
- Can I customise services for dietary requirements or accessibility needs?
Yes. Share dietary requirements (for example vegan, kosher, halal or allergies), accessibility needs and other requests when you enquire. We pass them to the relevant providers before your stay and confirm what each can offer.
