About This Villa
With its elegant, flowing design combining concrete slabs and natural Mallorcan stone, Tres Hermanas is a refined example of contemporary minimalism. This 21st-century luxury villa was crafted by an acclaimed Swiss interior architect, whose understated industrial-chic style is evident throughout. Bespoke furnishings, designer lighting, and polished micro-cement floors create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
The villa’s interiors span 540 m², featuring soaring ceilings up to five metres and sliding doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Natural airflow and thick walls provide cooling in the warmer months, while underfloor heating ensures comfort in cooler seasons.
Much of your time will be spent enjoying the 25-metre saltwater pool, perfect for a morning swim or a leisurely dip before relaxing on a poolside lounger. For ultimate relaxation, the villa also features a sauna, while 18,000 m² of fragrant Mediterranean gardens offer tranquil walking paths.
Accommodation is arranged across three separate units, giving the villa its “Tres Hermanas” name. Each unit offers privacy and serenity, with its own patio—one featuring direct pool access. The master suite includes an ensuite with a rain-fall shower and bathtub, while the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Children can enjoy the option of camping in tents on the grounds.
Social and dining spaces abound, from the inner courtyard with seating for eight to a covered terrace dining area for up to ten. Modern technology includes Wi-Fi throughout, a smart TV, and SONOS sound systems, allowing music to follow you throughout the villa. Loaner bikes are available to explore the area, including the charming town of Ses Salines just one kilometre away, with numerous stunning beaches nearby, including the iconic Es Trenc.

What we love
- Lap-length saltwater pool At 25 metres, the saltwater pool sets the pace for morning lengths and leisurely dips, followed by time on a poolside lounger between swims.
- Three serene units Accommodation is purposefully split into three independent units, each with its own patio—one with direct pool access—so everyone finds a quiet corner when needed.
- Expansive minimalist volumes The 540 m² plan and five-metre ceilings create a generous, airy feel, with sliding doors that seamlessly connect indoor living to the outdoor spaces.
- Mediterranean garden walks Eighteen thousand square metres of fragrant Mediterranean gardens with tranquil walking paths make outside time as restorative as the interiors.
