About This Villa

Surrounded by 30 hectares of Mediterranean countryside, Finca Terra Vella offers a private retreat among gardens, orchards and vineyards. This historic 15th-century Mallorcan manor is listed as a Cultural Heritage Site, with a 2,000-year-old well offering a remarkable connection to the estate’s past. Beautifully renovated in 2024–25, the house pairs exposed stone walls, timber-beamed ceilings and tiled floors with antiques, artworks and inviting contemporary furnishings. Private walking trails invite you to explore the estate at your own pace.

The villa has eight fully prepared bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, individual climate control, a smart TV and a safe. An additional room, the cinema room and the gym, can each be converted into a bedroom on request, allowing for up to three further bedrooms. When the cinema or gym is used as a bedroom, that facility is unavailable during your stay. Selected suites open onto furnished private terraces, offering a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening outdoors. Two cots and high chairs are available on request.

Inside, a spacious living room and generous dining room provide a welcoming setting for time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area, coffee machines and ample space for preparing shared meals. Enjoy a film in the home cinema, a workout in the private gym or a relaxed game of pool in the covered outdoor games area. A wine cellar and bar, board games and a private study add to the comforts of the house, with high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning throughout.

Shaded courtyard lounges, furnished terraces and covered dining areas make outdoor living effortless. The private 8 × 4-metre saltwater pool is set within an enclosed garden, complete with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and changing facilities. A barbecue, outdoor bar and fire pit create inviting spaces for leisurely afternoons and evenings beneath the stars. Generous private parking is available within the grounds.

Your stay includes airport transfers, guest assistance and pre-arrival preparations, including essential grocery shopping. Fresh linen and towels are provided every four days, while the gardens, pool and outdoor spaces are cared for daily. For a more personalised stay, a private chef, chauffeur, in-villa wellness treatments, personal training, yoga, babysitting and bespoke island experiences can be arranged on request.
